Excellent Stay, Clean Propety, Value for Money

All the front desk people specially Mr. Matthieu was very helpful, in spite of Taxi strike on our leaving day he helped us with his good source to arrange a taxi for the airport, they all know English and helped us a lot in roaming the Milan, especially advised us for a good restaurant near by. This property is well located, clean, value for money, I will again visit soon.

It,s my advise that they should start the live kitchen.

Very good room+personnel, breakfast missing diversity (eggs, pancakes), price could be a bit lower

Nice stay in Milan

Friendly and nice staff, they surprised us and offered us free parking, cleaning was done regularly and our towels were changed daily, small but cozy room, the heating system was working properly, considering that we had rainy and cool days in Milan.

Breakfast could be more varied, quite a distance to the metro station, the room faced the street, which for a person with a more sensitive sleep can be unpleasant and annoying, but we were quite tired, so we managed to sleep.

Nice, clean hotel, good size of a room, very friendly staff

The location is pretty far from city center, but there's a bus and metro stops. I did not like the chemical smell in my room - they probably used too much cleaning liquid. And it would be nice to have an electric kettle/teapot in rooms.

Perfect option if yoy are an active traveler and like to staymainly out of hotel or a work trip

Nice reception and long open. Close to the metro to reach the city center. The rooms are clean and have all it needs. Breakfast was good and had some choice.

In general nothing really bad. Just keep in mind that the neighberhood is quite local so not much entertaiment is arround so be carful if you travel for pleasure/ party. Also, I had window facing the street and it was quite heavy in trafic full even in the night so it was diffciult to keep window open for night.

Weekend stay in Milano

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Room was cosy and clean. Location of the hotel is good, nice restaurants and bars nearby, two M2 metro line stations are close to the hotel, leading towards the city center, across the hotel is petrol station, if necessary. If you like to walk, like I did, you can walk next to the river, right by bars and coffee shops, to Duomo and city center. In the hotel lobby you have vending machine for drinks and coffee machine, and also some snacks and similar, with ok price. Underground parking can be booked for additional cost (for Milano fair price) and nice breakfast in the hotel, on the top floor of the building. Easy access to highway from the hotel.

Room on the street side can be noisy due to traffic, but it is bearable, I've managed to sleep without problem.

Excellent staff (helpful beyond their „duties)

The parking possibilities were great if you are traveling with yr own car & with the metro some minutes away, the location is convenient for getting to the center. But most of all, it‘s the people that make it such a great stay. We had an issue with our car that required repair. The staff really really went beyond their normal duties to help us get a rental car replacement for the interim - even though we had already checked out. Thank you once again to the reception staff on 9th (&7th during checkin). We forgot to ask for yr name (as we were stressed out with the car issues). Thank you
